From my upbringing in the suburbs of Norwich, to living in suburban London, I questioned does any suburb have its own identity?
Despite location I found suburban houses sending out the same message - safe, boring, uninspiring and conforming.
I wanted to reinvent the mould. Through an injection of colour and variety of materials each house becomes an aesthetically pleasing individual home.
My subject matter has naturally evolved to incorporate other often unappreciated suburban architecture and surroundings.
