After nearly a 15 year all-but absence from photography, I've been back at this for almost two years now. I have learned (and re-learned) so much this past year, and have my contacts to thank for teaching me some amazing lessons on a daily basis...yet there is still so much to learn.

I have to admit, I'm still trying to figure out my style or genre. Right now I'm just spending as much time studying different ways of seeing the same thing, and shooting as much as life will allow me to shoot. I'm challenging myself to shoot more people, especially in a photojournalistic style.

If I've grabbed you as a contact, it's because there was something I felt I needed to learn from you when I saw your photostream. I hope I can teach someday as I am being taught today.
