Mapleton-Fall Creek Development Corporation (MFCDC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving Mapleton-Fall Creek's beautiful old homes while providing safe and affordable housing for its residents, working to stabilize economic opportunities for neighbors through commercial development, and partnering with the numerous human assets who live and work in Mapleton-Fall Creek.

Mapleton-Fall Creek neighborhood is bounded on the east and south by Fall Creek Parkway Drive, by Meridian Street on the west, and by 38th Street on the north.

Our Mission: Connecting neighborhood partners to help, serve, revitalize, stimulate, and invest resources to rebuild an affordable, safe, and vital community.
