Formed from the radioactive gamma rays resulting from a CIA experiment in recreating the alien autopsy that resulted in the assassination of JFK clones 1, 2, 4, and 7, James Beach currently resides in California. In one of his many alter-superegos, 'Dr. Chaos', he alternates between plotting to save the world and to invest it. He is currently exploring his super powers.
