Licensed since 1988, Sue Meservier and her team, Meservier & Associates have provided professional real estate services to hundreds of satisfied Central Maine buyers and sellers. Each member of the six-person team is fully licensed. As the team's lead agent, Sue focuses on listing acquisition, business growth, and marketing. Overall client care, marketing support, and organizational systems are shared and coordinated between two specialists, Julia Hixon and Tammy Bellefleur. Mary Ellen Taylor serves buyers specifically in searching, locating and purchasing property, and Mike Meservier focuses on lead generation and online placement and manages the team's technical and IT needs.

Acting as the team's leader & visionary and holding a Broker’s license, Sue Meservier exclusively represents the team's seller clientele. In addition, she’s responsible for lead generation, securing listings, managing and developing the innovative marketing approaches for the team's listed properties.
