  "Anne is one of my photo one students who is about five years ahead of most of my other photo one students. She critiques and exchanges barbs nightly on Flickr with my talented seniors who recognize who talent as the amazing bright gift it is. I had the wonderful pleasure of teaching her sister Sally who was also a really talented photographer, but personality wise a polar opposite of my Miss Anne. Now, Sally don’t get bent out of shape I love you dearly, but laid back would not be a term I would be used to describe your approach. . . fast forward, full speed ahead and one thousand miles an hour in full expectation of completing everything you attempt in life perfectly . Yep! Whereas, Anne is yes intelligent and a great student, but she has this dry wit about her that causes me to belly laugh (those who actually know me will love that one as that is a “huge” portion of my physical body!) and truly releases my tensions of the day every night when I get on Flickr and see her wonderful, creative images and snippy remarks. Her abilities to compose, come up with every increasing creative ideas never cease to amaze me. I know at times she thinks I am being “insincere” because I "fav" almost every single one of her images and say the same wonderful comments over and over. This summer when I have more time one of my goals is research clever ways to compliment her images! I am so looking forward to two more incredible years of teaching (learning from) this wonderful young woman. God I am so very blessed!!"
