My camera has become a vital extension of my personality and I now take it everywhere I go. Without my photography I surely would have lost site of who I am and the purpose on this earth I serve. Showing the beauty of the earth and it's natural wonders is what I strive to do, while also exploring my own unique concepts.

My main focus lately has been hiking, photographing, and writing blogs about different areas around the United States. Mostly, in order to keep myself artistically focused, but also just to keep in shape and further my exploration of creating art from the wildlife & wilderness. I write the blogs about the photos and hikes on my website (kevinlowdon.com) under the blog section. I feel that documenting and reflecting of my art is an important part of the artistic process for any artist. I plan to continue this until I move onto my next trail of artistic excursion.
