Our Mission is to provide information and education about food products at Ashland Food Co-op through in-store culinary demonstrations.
Our Goals are as follows:
1. To act as a trusted advisor, providing shoppers with specific information about the source, quality and cooking methods for the products demonstrated.
2. To provide easy and delicious "Meal Solutions" including recipes for shoppers to take home and use.
