I am an aspiring amateur photographer. It's nice to be involved with something creative with little or no pressure attached to it.
I currently use a Canon XSi Rebel, but have used a little Nikon P&S and earlier, a Canon Powershot. I am constantly learning how to use this camera, and have connected with some here who are inspiring and supportive. I hope you know who you are!
Slowly, I am learning more about editing, just by doing. You might say I am gathering my editing street smarts. ;) I initially use Picasa and then further edit in Picnik for select shots. I am having a lot of fun working with Picnik! I forked over the cash for a full membership and I am so glad I did. Next step: Photoshop or Lightroom.
