I'm currently deployed to Afghanistan, and documenting as best as I can on this page and on Facebook. I want to publish something about our deployment, but I really don't know where to start. Photography is something I love. I have only been shooting for three or four years now off and on, but I know as long as I'm alive I'll always be taking photos. Although, I don't shoot as much as I should. I'm no professional. I have no formal training, and there is no real significance behind my photos except that I just shoot what I like. Most of my photos are on my Facebook page. I only put certain one's on this page. Lately my daily views have shot up. I would like to know how you came across my photos. Let me know what you want to see in regards to my deployment, and I'll try to capture it. One thing I do wonder about is why my photos never make it on Flickr Explore....who knows...and by the way does anyone know where I can buy one of those little Amazon.com box robot things. I want photos of it here in Afghanistan...RECENTLY MY CHAIN OF COMMAND HAS TO APPROVE OF WHAT I POST SO MANY PHOTOS WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE END OF MY DEPLOYMENT TO BE POSTED.
