Mokelumne Coast to Crest Trail's photostream  

This profile belongs to the Mokelumne Coast to Crest Trail Council, a volunteer group overseeing the development and maintenance along the this coast to crest trail in California. Its two ends are the SF Bay and the intersection with the Pacific Crest Trail at Ebbett's Pass at the top of Sierra Nevada along hwy 4. The trail is about 330 miles long and about half is signed and open, with more segments added each year.
