I am a full time yogini. I live yoga - eat sleep and breathe it. While I teach vinyasa flow, I have studied many styles of yoga. I am on fire for Anusara Yoga.
I play outside when it's sunny and open my heart to new experiences and people. I love my dog and my husband. They're pretty awesome ♥
