my name is marianne madeline lau and i am an independent and amateur photographer based in toronto. the pictures on this page were taken at the may 1st coalition's may day march in toronto. it is my hope that these photographs captured the spirit of this wonderful experience that truly highlighted the power of unity. these photographs support local and international workers struggles, and i hope that they play an inspiring role as well.
