Max & David's is the dream of entrepreneurs Robin and Steven Katz, avid travelers who know first-hand how keeping kosher can limit dining options. The Katz's drew upon the talent of acclaimed cookbook author and chef Aliza Green to create a great restaurant that just happens to be kosher.
