Just a fella. Picked up a Nikon D40 for cheap off amazon a few years ago, and I'm at an early stage of learning to see/light/take photos. On the cheap. I'll never go pro. I suppose the ambition is to be able to reliably grab snapshots that don't look shit.

Oh dear. Four years on, I've a dead kodak folder sitting on the shelf next to a fine old box brownie. Then there's a Braun Paxina, and a Zenit 12xp, and a Pentax ME. And a Nikon F3p and a Rollei 35. A Rolleicord V on loan, and there's a Yashica MAT on the way. And a few Tamron Adaptall lenses and adapters for all the SLRs.

Must stop buying cameras.
