My name is Matt and I am from the northwest suburbs of Chicago. I got into photography in September of 06 after a trip to the Smoky mountains with a disposable camera. I started shopping around for a real camera as soon as I returned. I have 2 Canon rebel film cameras with many different lenses. I also have a digital point and shoot. I've read a few books but nothing beats hands on expierence. My favorite part of photography is just being in nature. I love hiking and exploring new and old plcaces looking for that perfect picture.
