I'm a photographer in Louisville, Kentucky. I have a natural talent in the traditional arts, such as graphite and paint media, and for most of my lifeI dabbled in those to express my creativity. Within the past few years, I have come to love photography as my artistic outlet, as well as my tech addiction. I don't call myself professional, nor do I consider myself an amateur. I think the lines between the two are blurred and open to many different interpretations. I, like most photographers, learn something new every day, and I am constantly looking to improve. Because I'm still relatively new to the photographic world, I haven't found that niche that I really enjoy. I've done portraits, landscapes, pets, abstract, and most recently macro. I love aspects of them all, and will continue to improve my skills all areas.

I jumped head first into the photography world in 2008, thinking that I could become extremely talented and start making some money off of my new hobby quickly. My passion dropped off within a year and it took another year to get it back. This time around, I am determined to build my skills and experience at an even pace and to the best of my abilities. I have already learned more this way in just a few months, and I feel more pride in my work.
