What is 'Joe Genné: a life in aviation'?

Joe Genné: a life in aviation is a collection of photos taken by my father.

It's a visual chronicle, from
his early years as a 15-year-old pilot growing up in New Jersey, in love with airplanes and the romance of flying; through his US Navy service at Pearl Harbor during World War II; to his postwar university days at Parks College, the country's first school of aviation; as an officer in the US Air Force; into the 1950s, and through the 1990s—his working years in general aviation and at Trans World Airlines.

If you want to see current pictures of Joe, check out my personal pics, which include some lively shots of him, my mom, and the rest of our family.
