I'm a west coast girl by birth who's been living in the center of Philadelphia for the last seven years (and counting).

For work, I do mysterious internet things for the people who promote Philly. For joy, I put food in jars and write about it. You can find my canning/pickling/preserving projects over at Food in Jars. I also have a personal blog at Apartment 2024 and make a wacky little online cooking show called Fork You with my fiance Scott.
