I am a painter based in Glasgow and trained at the Glasgow School of Art. I am currently working on a series of paintings and drawings which depict life inside the Scottish Prison system.

I worked within the Scottish prison system as an Art Teacher for 6 years. In that time I worked with life-sentence prisoners and Young Offenders. The paintings in this current body of work are an attempt to portray the uniques atmosphere within the prison Art Class.
