The Martin Dreyer Change a Life Academy, was started by Martin Dreyer and funded by Computershare Change a life. The Valley of a Thousand Hills and the Dusi Kayak Marathon has given me so much. Taking cue from Lance Armstrong (seven's enough), I think its a great time for me to step away from the podium and into the Dusi Valley proper. Seeing how much my
2008 Dusi win with Bungi has changed his and his family's life for the better, I cannot wait to start my "Change a life" academy with a select group of locals kids that call the Dusi valley home. My goal will be to try and get 10 of these potential sportsman into the top 50 of the Dusi Canoe Marathon. Its a tough task, but nothing worthwhile is easy. It will require focus, discipline, hard training and a belief in oneself. Lets start changing lives...
