I love texture, patterns and contrast.
the two materials I like to work with most are textiles and polymer clay.
I like to make things.
I am interested in techniques and how you can use them in unusual ways.

my approach to design is impulsive.
I communicate with the material and respond to the lines and shapes I get.
my camera is always with me, I keep my eyes open for interesting surfaces and traces drawn by weather, usage and time.
my work is influenced by typography, origami and photography.
….. I love biking in the city, listening to the radio, vegetarian food and ice cream, the english spoken on the northeast coast of the usa, and movies in original language.
I like to work with people,young and old, outspoken or calm.
