I'm really not that interesting. I take photos when I feel like it. I'm not trying to document my life, be artistic or create a catalogue of impressions. As a 'way of seeing' photography helps me write and that is its prime significance for me right now.
I had over 3,000 lovely photos of Italy that all disappeared when a computer and backup disks were stolen. I don't collect anything any more. Memories and the scent of roses underwater collect me :-)
