I was born and raised in portland, oregon where i started making art with my aunt at a very young age. I graduated from Portland State University in 2006 with a B.A. in Art: Art History, I am currently working on my Masters Degree in Education from George Fox University to become an art teacher. In the midst of traveling and spending time with my wife and three kids, i try to continue to create and exhibit my art while staying true to myself. I have been influenced a lot by children's literature and illustration, and i try to create a world of my own that is influenced by my own ups and downs in everyday life.
