Hello , my name is Marina Paul.

My journey as an artist began when my daughter and I were playing with a lump of modeling clay in May 2003 . For me it was new and interesting - and a lot of fun, but it was to fragile, so I decided to try out another material I had heard of - salt dough .Salt dough became my medium for a time until I learned about polymer clay (around that time I lived in Russia and knew nothing about polymer clay ) To put in bluntly , polymer clay has changed my life! With no formal education in art this new medium was a challenge for me . Learning it was a slow and difficult process(the only source , that I had were books Maureen Carlson , Katherine Dewey,Lisa Pavelka,Christi Friesen, Ann , Karen Mitchel and others ) I absolutely love what I am doing now . I really love working with polymer clay ,and I put all my heart, spirit, and energy into everything I create with it.
