Over the years I have turned my property into a wildlife garden, and now spend a lot of time watching the show!

I just got into nature photography in a big way this year. I live in a beautiful area of eastern Ontario which is surrounded by parks, lakes, rivers, and wildlife areas.

After seeing my first owl last December, finding and photographing owls has become a favourite pastime.

I am really benefitting from seeing other flickr member's photos- they instruct as well as inspire me. Thanks for all your helpful and encouraging comments.

Any advice is much appreciated as I am just getting going.
