I am Business and Functional Analyst for Social Media with a programming background. I have been working in the industry for over almost 16 years and currently being more creative in the digital form.

I love doing activities with my daughter. I love to create small decorative items from felt, paper, beads and thread, sometimes even leather. I try to teach my daughter to sew and knit but she is only 8 so it will be a while before she opens her own Etsy store.

My grandmother taught me how to do counted stitch and knit when I was 6 or 7. My grandfather told me that she was able to make 2$ out of 1$. When I grew up I learned that my grandmother did not need to thrift and save for my grandfather made plenty of money as an engineer. However, her virtue and patience to teach me has afforded me freedom to be happy with less, and confidence that I can DIY myself :) She was a great seamstress, cook, knitter, teacher, writer and mom to 4 kids. I believe that living involves being able to take care of yourself and your family and cooking is my favorite part of that.

I also teach and coach entrepreneurs in the Montreal area to use the Internet to build their business or sell their crafts. I have even coached a grandmother who knew nothing about the Web to build and operate a surprisingly profitable online business.
