Photographically? I shot with some kind of 35mm camera when I was in my teens, but abandoned photography to life for a while. I picked up a camera once again in 2005 when I grabbed a B&W Kodak throwaway camera to take shots of my apartment after it had been semi-destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. It was fun despite the subject matter, but I quickly followed trends and moved into digital..first a point and shoot and then a DSLR.

I gradually moved back into film via Lomography, and now my favorite cameras are my Minolta X-700, my Fuji Instax 210, and my Diana F+. I still shoot some digital, but all my goals center around film...more B&W, learning to process, and learning about flash photography.

Personally? I live in Montana now, but lived In New Orleans for 8 years prior. I was born and raised in Ohio. How I got to Big Sky Country is a story I won't tell here. I'm a gypsy...I've lived a lot of places.

I like to shoot old cars, cemeteries, my dog, Montana highways and byways, and architecture. I also seem to shoot a lot of rocks and roots.
