greetings to all wildlife lovers! hi, i'm maria, an ordinary person who lives in hk and wanna explore all beautiful things in life... the nature, the people and the society...

i love fencing, i fenced for hk in the 90's in many regional and international competitions, won a few trophies for hk and retired from full-time athlete status after the bangkok asian games in dec 1998. though i don't fence now, i'm still actively involving with the fencing arena by supporting our hk fencing team as cheerleader and photographer.

i love photography... thru the lens... i found the world much more beautiful than jus seeing it thru my eyes.. and i started to appreciate the nature more and more everyday...

i love my career, i've been working in the PR / Communications field for about 10 years.

i love myself... don't care what others say about me but i'm who i'm and i'm proud to be myself... i'd not say i'm a better person than any others, but i'd admit myself as a tough person, i've survived from SARS in 2003, after being hospitalised for 28 days (isolated treatment including 7days tubed in comma in the ICU). i've experienced a lot and i'm looking forward to challenging more tough times in the years to come, yet i believe i'll overcome them all eventually!
