A third generation real estate broker with more than 40 years of experience, I have been involved in more real estate transactions than most people. From selling small bungalows in lake communities to ocean front homes to industrial buildings in major cities, I have touched just about all sectors of the real estate industry. New home sales, land procurement and development, 7-11, Cumberland Farms, McDonalds, mom and pop stores, apartments, condominiums and strip centers. From the mid 90’s until recently, my time in real estate was spent handling over 1,000 REO sales via tax lien foreclosure in several states.
