Somebody could define me "a multidisciplinary artist".

I don't know if this is accurate or correct, but what I do know is that I love to express my thoughts, my feelings and my emotions through images, sounds, words.

I'm not pure and I don't like purism, nor puritanism.
Too many times ideas and words ending with -ism brought pain on this Earth.

I love to feel free to mix and experiment, bend the light and carve the matter, research and loose myself, succeed and even fail.
So, please don't expect to see in my images a document of what reality is, because they only represent my own reality and nothing else, a message from the inside which sometimes is strong and obvious and often is hidden and subtle.

Even if I don't want to be constrained into a specific trend, label or category I do recognize a pattern that links everything I created so far.

Probably this natural tendency somehow reflects the attraction I feel for those vibrant moments where time stands still and the deepest strings of our soul resonate in a natural and perfect harmony.

Those rare moments of overwhelming beauty.

Those precious gems that make life worth to be lived.

Maybe it's because these little sparkles have the strength to suggest us the illusion that death can be beaten and joy will be for ever and maybe, consciously or not, this is the intimacy that I so often tried to capture and communicate even when my focus was aiming toward something else.


As a full time job I work in the film industry as a Digital Matte Painter, creating environments and landscapes through the use of several cutting edge digital tools.
