Art director with a camera inspired by the world's best photographers. Rarely satisfied with output but it's sometimes good to hear encouraging noises from fellow pros. Will stubbornly keep trying to achieve perfection, whatever that is.

I'm a student of the University of Life and still learning, still amazed by what the world throws up both good and bad - mostly bad.

At the moment I shoot exclusively with a Nikon D200 but I have asked Santa for a D700 and in my dreams a D3. The shots of Samos, Greece and one or two family pics were taken with an Olympus C50 P&S.

Two phrases that get me running for the hills:
'New retail and leisure development'
'Fun for all the family'

My work is largely with professional models represented by model agencies but thanks to a few irritating individuals I have now removed many of my model pics. For anyone who still genuinely holds an interest in this department, message me and I'll direct you to my website.

Also, if you approach me as a contact and your pictures or the groups you belong to show the glorification of guns, knives, violence in general, or you think that weapons of war are cool you will be blocked.

Similarly if you have the mentality of a 12 year old and your pics are full of imagery which degrade women, you will be blocked.

If you have the standard grey flickr face avatar with nothing to show on your photostream or profile then guess what? You've got it - blocked.

I'm not normally this grumpy but I spend far too much time blocking and not enough shooting and editing, know what I mean? :)
