All I typically ask in return is a link back to my Flickr photostream and a note directly above, below, to the left, or right of the image indicating that I am the creator and copyright holder and that the image can be found on Flickr. Nice and easy ...

Also, I'm pretty reasonable about people using my images for noncommercial endeavors, but if you're making money or promoting your business or product using my image, you should also include in your message how you would like to compensate me for my work -- bartering for services and goods is not out of the question. Capiche?
