I first took up an interest in photography in 2001 on my first trip, sans parents, to Montreal. My first camera was a film camera that I still own, helped me be selective and a perfectionist all at once.

My current goal is to take myself to the next level using my Panasonic DMC -FZ50, my first Dslr. I continue to take photos and think of photo projects to keep the creative juices flowing...more often than not I'm thinking of stories that could accompany every photo. Some times even a song/playlist.

I really want to grow and learn as a photographer to showcase the world through my eyes, while staying true to the photo avoiding major alterations. I simply think it would reclassify my work. The digital option is a powerful and luxurious tool as is, I don't find the need to alter the photographic experience completely.
