A Girl that draws, writes, cooks and shoots but is good at none of them.

Giulia, for her friends Iaia, is born on 12-12 at 12 o’clock. Her name is made of 12 letters and she is the twelfth niece in her
family. She is persuaded of being the cause of the end of the world in 2012. She has 12 visual photography projects. She loves a man who speaks japanese and gives japanese names to everything. She listen to Hisaishi and Sakamoto and watches mainly far east films but loves Burton and Lynch. In her head there are only evil garden gnomes and imaginary white rabbits. She lives in Wonderland.

She collects fashion bags and phobias. Following the White Rabbit, she stops time with her cameras: Juni and Niju. She writes nonsense stories, macabre fables and sugary tales. She spends days baking cute food as cupcakes, muffins and cookies, giving them names and stories. She dreams of living in a place called Kokoroland where there are only heart shaped things and cartoon people made by her. She is vegetarian because she doesn’t eat friends, that is what eggs are also. They have philosophical and mystic meanings with their imperfect roundness. She is not a writer. She is not a cook. She is not a photographer. She is not a graphic. She is not a cartoonist. She is not a lawyer. She is not a doctor. She is not a hydraulic. She is not good at anything.

Una che disegna, scrive, cucina e fotografa ma non fa bene nessuna delle quattro cose. Giulia, per gli amici Iaia, è nata il 12-12 alle 12. Il suo nome è formato da dodici lettere ed è la dodicesima nipote. Si è convinta di essere il motivo della fine del mondo nel 2012. Ama un uomo che parla giapponese e dà un nome nipponico a tutte le cose che la circondano. Ascolta Hisaishi e Sakamoto e guarda film orientali ma ama Burton e Lynch. Nella sua testa ci sono soltanto cattivissimi nani da giardino e conigli bianchi immaginari. Lei vive a Wonderland.
Colleziona borse alla moda e fobie. Segue il bianconiglio e ferma il tempo con le sue fotocamere che si chiamano Juni e Niju. Scrive storie non sense, fiabe macabre e racconti sdolcinati. Trascorre le sue giornate cucinando cibo a volte strano, ma anche dolcetti come cupcake e muffin; dando loro dei nomi e inventando storie. Sogna di vivere in un posto chiamato Kokoroland dove ci sono soltanto cose a forma di cuore e gente di cartone disegnata da lei. E' vegetariana perchè non mangia mai i suoi amici e anche le uova lo sono. Hanno un significato mistico e filosofico nella loro imperfetta rotondità. Non è una scrittrice. Non è una cuoca. Non è una fotografa. Non è una grafica. Non è una fumettista. Non è un avvocato. Non è un dottore. Non è neanche un'idraulica. Lei non è brava a far niente.
Lei è Giulia e niente altro.
Ha anche un blog Gikitchen. Non è un food blog però. Sono fumetti ed etti di fumo che vi accolgono nella sua cucina. Aperta a tutti. Perchè le piace essere socievole nel virtuale. Nel reale si concede una sfrenata e idilliaca sociopatia.
