50 sumthing female who lives by the Indian Ocean in Perth, Western Australia, and enjoys lots of crafty stuff!

Quilting: I have been quilting for 40" years. My first project was made with op shop materials. My second was a 9 patch quilt for my DD, and 28 years later, she still has it.

I like: bright modern fabrics, blue tones including aqua and turquoise, with a splash of orange or red. My current fave fabric designers: Amy Butler, and Kaffe Fassett's lovely blue tones.

Dont like as much: browns, a lot of black, "heritage" fabrics such as american colonial, seasonal prints such as Xmas and Halloween, kiddie prints unless I am making specific items for a special child.

Other stuff I love: my plastic and resin family of Blythes and lati dolls.
Looking at, and swimming in the ocean.
Being in the country on the 11 acre "ranch" I share with DD.
