  "Ourit is not a photographer. Defining her as such would limit her art. Her imagery is unconventional, to say the least, and to the uninitiated, her world remains a mystery. Quite contrarily, though, her message could not be any clearer.
  
  With a loving yet unrelenting and always straightforward approach, she deals with her subject matter head-on. Call it a sense of style, point of view, aesthetic, or vision - She undercuts the various bodies politic on flickr with her own force field. A force field so focused that it demands to be paid attention to, whether you agree with her perspective or not.
  
  And it is that same gravitational pull that fascinates and startles us in her images, raising many questions. Who are these people? How did they let her into their private realm? Why? As we examine Ourit’s pictures and let her archetypal themes seep into our consciousness, we realize that she is not a mere chronicler of events and moments. She is requesting from us a special kind of understanding that cannot be achieved without examining our own vulnerability, our own limitations.
  
  Ourit is not a photographer. Or perhaps, she actually is, in the purest sense of this art form."
