Art was, is and always will be part of my life…

My name is Marianna Abutalipova, born in Uzbekistan in 1980 and studied art in the Art Academy of Tashkent. Tashkent - the capital of Uzbekistan, a formal Soviet Republic - is one of the ancient cities appeared on the cross of the Great Silk Road from China to Europe.
In 1998 I moved with my family to the heart of Europe – Belgium, the country of the best beer, chocolates and French fries. I studied in Royal Art Academy of Antwerp and enjoyed the beauty of travelling within Belgium and to other parts of Europe: Brussels, Ghent, Bruges, Paris, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Barcelona and Rome…
After 10 years living in such a small country I met the love of my life who happened to be Canadian. Who knew, but I was moving again and now residing in BC, Kamloops as from November 2008.
Art was, is and always will be part of my life. It is who I am, what I feel and how I see the world… my past and my future dreams. In addition to art I love different languages, music, dancing, badminton and now… skiing and golfing – welcome to Canada !!!
