Previously known as LynnInTokyo, and LynnInHK, I now live in Singapore with husband and three dogs.

I am a Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef. My style is modern French with a heavy dose of Japanese influence. I teach pastry at a cooking school and also at home, and I freelance as a photographer and translator when the right projects come along.

As many of you know by now, I was phished and my flickr account was hacked into and deleted. Read the whole story here and don't let it happen to you.

I will selectively upload some of my old photos but three years worth of photos is a lot so I won't be uploading all of them. I'm flattered if you like my photos, but please do not use them without my permission. Also, if you fave my photos or add me as a contact but have no photos of your own to share I will block you.

Lastly, a lot of people write and ask me questions regarding either photography or pastry, which I am happy to answer. BUT, most of the people who ask questions don't have the courtesy to write back with a simple "thank you" after I write a long and detailed reply. So, apologies in advance if you don't hear back from me. It's nothing personal.
