Started becoming interested in photography in late 2003, just before our family went on holidays to NZ. My first camera was a Canon 300V film SLR. That served me faithfully until early in 2007 when I made the leap to digital with a Canon 30D, which I love using! It's an awesome camera, and because it's digital I don't feel restricted in the number of photos that I can take.

Currently my camera equipment consists of the following:

* Canon 30D
* Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8
* Canon 50mm f/1.8 II
