I am a retired professor of biology (LSUS 30 Years) with major interests in nature photography, plant animal interactions and coevolution (especially insects, monarchs and milkweeds), the plant family Asclepiadaceae (Apocynaceae s.l.), ethnobotany, mammals, birds, and more. I also play rhythm guitar and sing in a band, Acoustix. Who says I can't have a mid-life crisis at age 60?
