"Aside from being an amazing person, Luzie is an outrageously fantastic photographer. Her view of the world is so beautiful - browse her pics... you'll find images that take your breath away, then realize she shot them with a cellphone. I've had the pleasure of spending time (though too short) with her and watched as she captured the world around her through photography. We could take the very same pictures, but hers would have her own "something special."
The only thing that makes me the least bit sad about viewing her pictures, is that they make me realize there is such a vast amount of distance between us. However, through photography - she bridges the gap as much as possible. I'm so happy I found Luzie, her words and her pictures.
