VILLA LE GINEPRAIE – sleeps 8-12 people

Le Ginepraie, a typical 17th century Tuscan farmhouse, stands on a knoll surrounded by hills, offering a superb panorama. Even though the location enjoys total tranquillity, it is in a strategic position between San Gimignano, Volterra, Colle Val d’Elsa, Siena, Florence and the sea, which can all be reached easily.

The private swimming pool and large garden encourage relaxation, sunbathing and reading, while the surrounding countryside offers a number of pleasant walks. In other words, Villa Ginepraie offers itself as a unique place to spend a restful holiday with your friends and family, only a short distance from Tuscany’s art, history and entertainment.

The three roomy apartments and the two bedrooms that make up the Villa are elegant, but warm and welcoming at the same time. They are equipped with all mod. cons. such as a dishwasher and satellite television, together with traditional features such as ceilings with massive wooden beams and terracotta tiles, fireplaces with baskets of firewood, stone archways and antique chests.

Outside, there is the laundry, as well as an old stone wood-fired oven and barbecue that guests can use.

The whole luxury Villa is for rent as a unit by one or more families or by a group of friends, even though it is composed by flats and rooms. This way, it is possible to spend a holiday with the loved ones, but having also one's own privacy.

ALABASTER APARTMENT
A spacious, stylish apartment with typically Volterran terra cotta ceilings.
The large bedroom with a built in wardrobe is separated from the living room by an arch closed by glass doors and heavy curtains.
The bathroom with a large shower, fully equipped with towels, courtesy soaps and hairdryer offers a view of the swimming pool.
The living room with a crystal table, sat TV and fireplace is separated from the well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, pots, pans and cutlery etc. by two arches.
The Green Room is annexed to the Alabaster apartment.
ROSSO FIORENTINO APARTMENT
This large apartment, warmly decorated in romantic red has wooden beamed ceilings, a spacious living room with a fireplace, sat TV and sofa bed.
The kitchen with a large wooden table is fully equipped with dishwasher, kettle, Moka coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans and cutlery.
The bedroom is furnished with a romantic wrought iron four poster bed.
The en suite bathroom with a panoramic view has a large shower and is fully equipped with towels, courtesy soaps and hairdryer.
SUNFLOWER APARTMENT
The Sunflower apartment warmly decorated in yellow has wooden beamed ceilings and a living room with a fireplace, sat TV and sofa bed.
The kitchen, divided by an arch, with a large wooden table is fully equipped with dishwasher, kettle, Moka coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans and cutlery.
The brightly decorated bedroom, comfortable and inviting has an en suite bathroom with a panoramic view, a large shower, fully equipped with towels, courtesy soaps and hairdryer.
PINK ROOM
The Pink Room, with an independent entrance on the veranda, has a wooden beamed and terracotta ceiling , a wooden table with an antique mirror and a comfortable bed.

GREEN ROOM
The Green Room is both annexed to the Alabaster apartment and an independent room with a door leading out onto the veranda.
A spacious room with a wooden beamed and terracotta ceiling, elegantly furnished with a comfortable wrought iron bed and sat TV.
The en suite bathroom with a panoramic view has a large shower and is fully equipped with towels, courtesy soaps and hairdryer.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool of the Tuscan Villa, exclusively reserved for guests, offers a panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside and is beautifully furnished with comfortable chaises, tables, chairs and umbrellas.
The Farm House's pool is an ideal location to relax, swim, sunbathe or enjoy a wide choice of massages or beauty treatments while you admire the magnificent landscape.
Sunset of the country Villa offers sightings of wild boar, deer, hare and a fox who comes to feed on the owners’ veranda.
The pool of the Tuscany Villa is lit up at night for evening dips under a starlit sky.
The Tuscan pool is 6m wide 12 m long and 2.20 m in depth, the chlorine and ph levels are constantly checked and the water is cleaned daily.
