I make an effort to keep myself and my family away from “dead” and artificial “food”, modern medications and chemicals, plastic food containers, teflon coated pots and other junk that is destructive to our health and to our planet…
I don’t use microwave, rarely watch TV and prefer simple traditional way of living.
