Hi! Thanks for checking out my photostream!
My name is Caroline Hayward and I'm 19 years old. I live in Upstate New York, where I live, work, and create art. I also learn alot every day; maybe not in the traditional sense since I took some time off from art school, but I learn about life in various ways nontheless. Every time I learn something new, it leads to more and more interests and curiosities, and I'm quickly realizing how much more there is to learn out there in this big world! I'm the type of person who wants to learn how to do everything: printmaking, cooking, photography when the fancy strikes me, anthropology, analyzing dreams, stargazing, you name it!

I have an amazing support system that includes my family (both immediate and extended), my boyfriend, and some incredibly awesome and talented friends. I love making both functional and decorative ceramics and decorating them with funky patterns and designs that I find appealing. However, my real passion lies in the connection between maker and user, which is apparent whenever someone uses something I have created: ) Eating or drinking out of a handmade vessel is so much more interesting and special than eating or drinking out of commercially produced ware.
