Wow it's been a ride these last few months...
Have been developing my healing skills, yes, healing skills it's a gift and I have been helping my brothers and sisters getting rid of things that keep them from going forward... all this, instead of shooting, and that is fine. It's time!

I am a starseed and I practice samathi (a meditation to accumulate mind power), it was graciously taught to me by Luang Phor Viriyang Sirintharo, while in Canada. Allows me to regain my balance and explore my mind and see how it works.
Most people have heard of Vipassana meditation... but to be able to truly be able to practice this meditation, you need to build enough mind power to be able to "join to the soul/develop the divine eyes" then you can truly practice Vipassana without danger of going the wrong way. Samathi meditation will help you build mind power, when you have enough power and developped wisdom then it is possible to know when you are going the wrong way...
