NOTE #1: I am happy to have new contacts but I will check out your profile to see if you're currently posting photos, what groups you belong to, etc. I also appreciate Flickr friends that comment every so often, and I'll do my best to comment on your postings as much as I can.
NOTE #2. Regarding comments. I don't really mind if people don't leave comments; nor do I think it's necessary to comment on mine if I commented on yours. I like to save my comments for the images on Flickr that really hit me. And then there are days when I have to post and run. But when I have a block of time, I'll take a good look at my contacts posts and pass on comments for the major hitters.
