Hi, my name is Laura Lane and baking cakes is taking over my life! It is a passion that is giving me so much happiness at the moment I cant describe! I have been baking since I was old enough to hold a wooden spoon..loving following my Grannies instructions, her passion for baking and all things sweet obviously rubbed off on me and for that I am truly thankful...
I have been icing cakes for only a short time..5 years, my wedding cake was my first creation!
I hope to one day have my own little shop up here in the Highlands of Scotland...and I aspire to be as great as some of the true artists here on flickr..hopefully with time and practise anything is possible!!
Thanks to my lovely hubby Matty for all his support and a big thank you to my chief taster..my 3 year old son Maximo...love my boys...
