I once heard a little girl talking to herself utter: I LOVE YOU, BRAIN!.

Immediately I gave into this nuanced study of the fundamental nature of knowledge, reality, and existence. I started loving my "fleshy limbless thought machine" too, and that meant that anything that it drooled would be considered rather important. Then came migraines, sleep paralysis syndrome and fun hallucinations...
