Lothian's Foto's is one of the most creative artists at Flickr that I have encountered. I say artist because his work goes beyond photography and standard portraiture work that is prevalent throughout this community. Nothing against the standard works of others but it's great to see how much more can be done with a creative flair.
His eye for beauty is keen and the way he captures his subjects is unsurpassed by few. The fact that he is a musician may have something to do with the creativity that exudes from every image. Or maybe it is his beautiful daughter Eva, the girl with the enchanting eyes and wonderful cello to speak of a few her prominent traits.
What ever the case, it is an inspiring and winning combination!
I look forward to his latest works and I find such refreshing and inventive ideas every time I pay a visit. I can not help myself but to be inspired to try and replicate them in subtle ways.
To see the addition of Thomas in his newer works, adds a wider spectrum to the possibilities of interplay between brother and sister. The relationship between father and children are manifested within the images portrayed and it is one of pure love and admiration.
I am always eager to visit Lothian's Foto's just as I am sure many others will be as they discover the artistic beauty that lies within these pages.
